Home Buyer's Inspection (Pre-purchase):​ Intended to provide the buyer with the peace of mind in knowing that the systems and components of their potential new home have been meticulously inspected by a licensed, professional inspector.  This is a Standard Inspection of all major components of the home, in accordance with Washington State Standards of Practice (WAC 408-308C-010), and includes a complete written report of findings. This inspection can be performed on all home types including traditional stick built homes, condos, townhouses, and modular / manufactured homes. Each inspection includes a detailed, written report of findings.

Warranty Inspections: Intended to provide the home owner with the information necessary to exercise their home warranty before it expires. This is based on the Standard Inspection following Washington State Standards of Practice (WAC 408-308C-010) and incorporates all additional items per the home warranty provided by the seller at the time of sale. This inspection includes a detailed written report of findings with each item in the report referenced back to a corresponding item in the warranty where applicable. At the customer's request, we will assist with any paperwork associated with filing a warranty claim and with submission of the claim to the warranty company.
